Moses Adelakun popularly know as Maxee "Mr National Cake" hails from Oyo State, Nigeria with a passion for Afrobeat. Maxee made a name for himself when he released one of the most internet-sensational songs "National Cake", which brought him the recognition he has today. He has built a loyal fan base, with a WhatsApp community of over 1000 people.

Maxee started singing in church at the age of 10. With a deep love for music, he is determined to make an impact in Afrobeat and global music, serving as a voice for those from humble beginnings—showing them that if others have done it, he can too, and so can they, with determination.

Over the years, Maxee has gained experience and exposure in the entertainment industry, from performance to collaborations. His breakout song 'National Cake' caught the attention of public figures and bloggers such as Tacha (Big Brother), King Mufasa, Tunde Ednut, Don Jazzy, among others—leading the song to break into the Apple Music Top 100 at the time.
